ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP

online support group
Find the support and information you need...when you need it.

If you are a parent of a child from birth through age 26 who has special needs, Matrix sponsors a Yahoo! Group for parent-to-parent support and information sharing. This online group is for parents only, to provide a safe space to support and encourage each other. Appropriate topics for this discussion list include issues related to disabilities in children from birth to 26 years of age. Families are welcome to recommend or comment on service providers and their services that they have personal experience with. The group is moderated by a Matrix Parent Advisor.

Yahoo! Groups is a community-driven Internet communication tool, a hybrid between an electronic mailing list and an Internet forum. Group messages can be posted and read by e-mail or on the Group homepage, like a web forum. Members can choose whether to receive individual e-mails or daily digest e-mails, or to read the posts at the web site.
