Donate Your Car | Your unneeded car (truck, RV or boat) will help provide Matrix Parent
Network with resources necessary to help families of children with special needs in the North Bay. We are partnering with Car Donation Services to handle our vehicle donations. They use a variety of methods to sell vehicles so vehicles (on average) sell for more, which means more money for us and a larger tax deduction for you. To donate, please call 888.686.4483 and tell them you want to donate your vehicle to Matrix Parent Network, or complete our online donation form.
Tribute Gifts: Your gift to Matrix is a wonderful way to honor a friend, relative, or colleague. The individual you’re honoring will receive a personal note from Matrix, and you’ll feel the joy of recognizing someone special in your life (and get a tax deduction!).
Matrix is also honored to receive memorial donations. Through such donations, you help to create a living legacy, keeping memories alive through service to others.

Donating stocks to Matrix. Do you want to rid your portfolio of old stock without paying capital gains taxes on them? Give them to Matrix. In order to qualify for a tax deduction, the donor has to give or transfer the stock directly to Matrix. If the stock is sold first and the proceeds are given to Matrix, the donor will incur capital gains tax on the appreciation of the stock. Estate Gifts. Please consider including Matrix in your will or testamentary trust. Once your needs are met and your family is taken care of, you can continue to take care of families of children with disabilities by supporting Matrix through your estate. If you have included Matrix as a beneficiary of a trust, life insurance, or your will, please let us know. Please contact the Development Department at Matrix, 415.884.3535.

Recycle for Matrix! Bring your cans and bottles to our office during the workday on Fridays and we'll recycle them for you so the money will fund Matrix programs. It's an easy, earth-friendly way to support families in your community. We also recycle computer ink and toner cartridges, cell phones, and laptops, so feel free to drop these off at your convenience. Your “waste” can be transformed into our programs!
