Description of how they got that orientation program started and other observations. b) Carla del Peurto (Spelling?) - Staff from MATRIX placed in the Napa County JJ Office under a "System of Care Grant" - a new attempt to transfer concepts of wrap-around services for families from a Mental Health setting to Juvenile Justice.
