Join us each month for a community discussion on Supported Decision-Making!
Self-advocates, family members, and professionals are invited to come together to learn practical strategies, share real-life experiences, and support one another in using supported decision-making (SDM) in everyday life.
Whether it is your first introduction to supported decision-making or you have been practicing SDM for years, this meeting will offer education, connection, and collaboration for a growing community of SDM users.
