THIS IS A ZOOM TRAINING*
Understanding Social Security Programs will cover different types of Social Security Administration (SSA) programs including Retirement, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Disabled Adult Child (DAC) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
It will cover which programs are for children and which are for adults. It specifically focuses on SSI eligibility areas of income and meeting the SSA’s disability definition for eligibility.
It also provides general information and tips on applying to SSA, including evidence required for eligibility and reporting duties.
