Hosted by Ability Tools, in collaboration with California Foundation for Independent Living Centers (CFILC) Youth Advocacy Program, Pacific ADA Center, and Sacramento City College’s Disability Center, this session will highlight practical AT solutions, self-advocacy tips, and resources to help you navigate your next steps with confidence and independence.
