Neurodiversity is about accepting variations in brain functions and behaviors in mankind. Uncovering the strengths of neurodiverse individuals empowers them to increase innovation and productivity, resulting in favorable outcomes not only for them but for the entire community. Dr. Fung will describe strength-based approaches in developing neurodiverse individuals in learning and work environments

Panelists

This lecture will be accompanied by a panel of representatives from organizations that hire people on the autism spectrum, agencies that help people on the autism spectrum find employment, and educational advocates for students on the spectrum.
