Take the SCDD 2027-2031 State Plan Development Survey
The California State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) is developing the new California 2027-2031 State Plan.
This is your opportunity to highlight the issues important to you and your loved ones. This survey will help SCDD hear what’s most important to people with I/DD and their families today and build three (3) goals for the new State Plan. By giving us your feedback, you’ll help us ensure your voice is heard.
Who we are: The California State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) is an independent, federally funded state agency. We advocate, promote, and implement policies and practices to foster self-determination, independence, productivity, and inclusion in all areas of community life for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) and those who care for them. We ensure that individuals with I/DD and their families receive the necessary services and supports. To do this, we developed a 5-year state plan with three goals: 1) Self-Advocacy; 2) Systems Change; and 3) Capacity Building.
