If you live in the counties of Alpine, Amador, Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lake, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Shasta, Sutter, Tehama, Yolo, and Yuba, please contact the Disabilities Rights Education Defense Fund (DREDF) at 1-800-348-4232. DREDF www.dredf.org will respond to all referrals for these counties.

Since 2020, we have partnered with Disability Rights Education & Defense Fund (DREDF) to serve 18 counties in California’s Region 5.

Matrix Parent Network and Resource Center will focus our services, including our Family Empowerment Center services, on the four counties closer to our home in Marin County: Marin, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma.
