Several Matrix co-workers showed up to help out at the rally and Steve Diamond, our Executive Director, got in on a few runs too. Steve also ran the 5K on race day, joining the team along with Coleman. Erika, Jojo and even Zoe the dog showed up to lend a hand with T-shirts at the rally. Many thanks to Cori for all her time at the pep rally, expo and race day and to our Board of Directors for all of their ongoing support.
One precious moment that Kimberly documented was when Lucas and Lucia Estrada presented Steve with donations from fundraisers they each had for Matrix. The photos are priceless. What a meaningful and thoughtful gesture.
