We are reaching out about your interest in attending a focus group (on Zoom) for the Self-Determination Program. Focus groups are small meetings of 8 to 10 people.
The focus groups will help us understand the experiences of (a) individuals, (b) family members, and (c) independent facilitators who:
Are currently or were formerly enrolled in the Self-Determination Program.
Want to or have wanted to enroll in the Self-Determination Program.
The information gathered from the one-hour focus groups will help us understand different experiences with the Self-Determination Program that we can share with the state legislature.
