The Center for Parent Information and Resources is the “hub” of information, support and services for the network of Parent Centers around the country serving families of children with disabilities. This resource is listed as one of the Six Essential Resources for Transition to Adulthood. See below for a discussion on Transition Goals, along with several examples of each type.
